Overview:
The Northeast Team of Cobb Faith Partnership (NE-CFP) is a network of individuals, churches and ministries who are working together in the NE area of Cobb County to help meet the vast social services needs of individuals and families.  The team focuses on avoiding duplication of effort to insure caring resources are maximized. For example, one ministry has a fantastic clothes closet, while another has a great food pantry.  Why should every ministry in the area have to duplicate these services when we can pool our resources and refer to one another to better meet these needs.  NE-CFP represents the old adage: "We can do much more together than we can all by ourselves."
